The recent State v Stephens case has thrown our election integrity into jeopardy by determining that the Texas Attorney General, as a member of the executive department, cannot prosecute election integrity cases without a constitutional amendment.   The Secret Service boss says the “buck stops with me” and then proceeds to pass the buck, throwing the local police under the bus.   Call for proper policing and protection of the Los Angeles Jewish community. Blockading, using force, and threats of force to prevent Jewish congregants from accessing their houses of worship is a federal offense under the FACE Act, 18 U.S.C. § 248. Jews are being assaulted, battered, maced, beaten, threatened, and prohibited from accessing their places of worship and walking safely down the streets of their neighborhoods, and the police are ordered to stand by. When Jewish counter-protestors defend themselves, they are treated like aggressors and do not receive equal rights to freely and peacefully protest.
