Shut Down the Corrupt Office of Refugee Resettlement Now! Under Obama and Biden, the ORR has morphed into a system that aids illegal aliens in exploiting American resources. The ORR, instead of aiding genuine refugees, has become a "taxpayer-funded concierge service" for gaming immigration and welfare systems.
