In an explosive report that has rocked the country, it was determined that through a lack of proper auditing and basic oversight, Minnesota taxpayer dollars were funneled to the Somalia-based terror organization Al-Shabaab.  State welfare programs meant to aid children and the needy were used as ways to defraud the Minnesota government out of millions of dollars.  Gov.
