Protect Vulnerable Youth from Social Transitioning

The Vulnerable Youth Protection Act establishes strict civil liability for any person who facilitates or engages in actions that lead to a minor adopting a gender identity inconsistent with their biological sex, commonly referred to as “social transitioning.” This includes changes in name, pronouns, hairstyle, or clothing and any medical or surgical procedures prohibited under Texas law. Contact Texas Lawmakers to protect children's health, safety, and innocence.
