Call for Congressional condemnation and censure of House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.) for his reckless June 3, 2025, threat to unmask Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents.

Jeffries’ vow to identify agents “no matter what it takes” endangers their lives and families, emboldening cartels like Tren de Aragua and gangs like MS-13, who have targeted agents with a 413% surge in assaults, doxxing, and death threats.

DHS, Acting ICE Director Todd Lyons, and Border Czar Tom Homan condemned this rhetoric, warning of deadly consequences. Jeffries’ actions betray his constitutional oath, undermining national security and the rule of law.
