NO CAT or Asylum for Criminal Aliens!
No CAT or Asylum for Alien Criminals – Prioritize and Deport!
Reform U.S. immigration policies by prioritizing the immediate deportation of criminal aliens and criminalizing the issuance of Convention Against Torture (CAT) protections to murderers and violent felons.
The alarming misuse of humanitarian protections, which have allowed dangerous individuals like Alexander Palacios Guevara—a convicted murderer and Surenos gang member—to remain in the U.S., shielded by CAT deferrals despite heinous crimes including murder, rape, and assault. Under the Biden administration, lax enforcement and sanctuary policies enabled an estimated 3 million asylum seekers and 58,000 CAT-protected aliens to exploit legal loopholes, with up to 71% of asylum claims denied due to ineligibility or fraud. These policies have fueled a surge in violent crime, with ICE reporting 662,566 non-detained criminal aliens in 2024, including 62,231 convicted of assault and 15,811 of sexual assault.
Call on Congress to Act: (1) immediate revocation of CAT and asylum protections for aliens with criminal convictions or pending charges, (2) legislation making it a federal crime to grant CAT protections to murderers, violent felons, and convicted criminals including misdemeanors, and (3) enhanced ICE authority to deport criminal aliens without delay.
Restore public safety, end sanctuary city defiance, and ensure no criminal alien is shielded from justice. President Trump’s 2025 policies, with 66,463 ICE arrests and 65,682 deportations in 100 days, set the stage, but we must close loopholes now. Join us to protect American communities, demand accountability, and deport criminal aliens before they strike again
